Tariffs and Conditions

1. Deposit as required (30 % of the booking, minimum R1000) to be paid within 10 days. Failure will result in cancellation without notice.
2. Full payment 10 days before arrival.
3. No admin fees excluding cancellations and alterations.
4. Cancellations fee R700 if cancelled before 21 days of arrival. NO refunds within 21 days of arrival.
5. Date alterations after conformation of the booking are subject to a fee of R100. No alterations within two weeks of arrival.
6. No one day accommodation, 2 days minimum.
7. Arrival after 13:00 and departure not later than 08:30.
8. NO ARRIVALS after 20:00 without prior arrangement.
